I installed the nose gear and then removed
it to have it powder coated. When I went to
pick it up, there was a large chip in the
coating so they have to do it again. I'm
hoping to get it back tomorrow and then I
can put the nose gear on.
The fuselage (even without the nose gear) is
on the wheels and off the work bench!
The the fuse off the table, I put a wing on
it to finish up some small items on the
Once I get the nose gear back from the
powder coater, I can attach it and the nose
wheel. Then I will temp install the engine
mount and add some weight to it to get the
tail off the ground.
Then the plan is to get the torque tube
fit and the elevator cables attached along
with the vertical tail.
