Zenith 750 Cruzer I built the flaperons the other day and I could get as far as riveting the bottoms and tops, but I could not bend the leading edge around and cleco by myself so I stopped there. This is definitely a two-person job.

Oliver (another Cruzer builder) stopped over today to help out with the leading edge. I didn't get a pic with him here, but we got them all clecoed, went out for pizza, and then later that night I riveted them.

Zenith 750 Cruzer I didn't feel like dragging out the compressor and messing with that so I just used a hand squeezer.

Zenith 750 Cruzer Bracket is fabricated and riveted.
Zenith 750 Cruzer Bottom is complete on all four pieces.
Zenith 750 Cruzer The tops are complete but I've left out the rivets where the flaperons counterweights will later attach.

BTW-this pic makes the leading edge look dented or wavey. It's just the light in the pic-the leading edge is perfect!
