Zenith 750 Cruzer I'm working on a few odds-n-ends. I finished the elevator trim tab.

Zenith 750 Cruzer I also drilled these aft side fuselage pieces.
   
Zenith 750 Cruzer The bottom of the vert stab spar fits perfectly at the bottom, but at the top, it's about 1/4" wider than the fuselage so it is pushing these side pieces out.
   
Zenith 750 Cruzer Can you see how the spar channel really doesn't fit between the aft fuse skins? I need to call Roger and ask about this.
   
Zenith 750 Cruzer I bought this 1/16" clear lexan on Amazon for a few bucks. I cut the top to teh correct size, and marked the holes for the inspection window.
   
Zenith 750 Cruzer I will use small sheet metal screws to attach it to the frame, however, I will wait until after the interior is painted.
   
Zenith 750 Cruzer Since the windows are cut and drilled, I can now install these L and R bulkheads.

Zenith 750 Cruzer I drilled this hole as this is where I'm going t run the wires from the aft fuselage forward. The grey elevator trim wire is in the bottom corner channel.
   
Zenith 750 Cruzer The comm antenna cable is on the other side of the fuselage. I wanted to route it separate from the other electrical wires to prevents any noise contamination in the radio.
