Zenith 750 Cruzer I am mounting the fuel filter. A 90 degree bend is made in the aluminum strap and then it's wrapped around the filter and clamped.
Zenith 750 Cruzer Then a hole is drilled threw both ends.
Zenith 750 Cruzer and then it's mounted!
Zenith 750 Cruzer All of the lines that come with Zenith's fwf kit are made by AircraftSpecialty.com. I also ordered all of my fuel lines that run inside the cabin from them too. They do a fantastic job and the line never need replaced. As you can see, any line forward of the firewall comes already firesleeved!

In the HomeBuilt Help DVD it shows the builder making all of these lines. So it's a big improvement to Zenith's kit that all of the lines come prebuilt. Actually, I shouldn't say "all" as I think there are a couple that the builder still has to make.

Also note the that the two Adel clamps are secured with an all metal locking nut. No nylon nuts should be used forward of the firewall.

NOTE: If you look close, you will the engine mount attached with nylon nuts. This is temporary. I bought all metal nuts for the engine mount but in the process of 'cleaning' and 'organizing' my garage I lost them! More on order...
