Zenith 750 Cruzer The first four pics on this page are from a week ago, but I never added them to the log. This is the beginning of the harness I made that goes from the intercom to the radio.
Zenith 750 Cruzer I made all four headset jacks too.
Zenith 750 Cruzer Each one is done.
Zenith 750 Cruzer This nylon piece is riveted to the side to prevent the rudder cable from rubbing against the metal.
Zenith 750 Cruzer I decided that there's no point in delaying riveting the panel and frame in. Generally I don't like to rivet until it's absolutely necessary just incase something has to come apart. But it would be nearly impossible to take the panel and frame off now so I might as well rivet it.
Zenith 750 Cruzer Top is riveted too.
Zenith 750 Cruzer The bottom of the panel is riveted to the frame.
Zenith 750 Cruzer I painted the seat pans and a few other pieces today.
Zenith 750 Cruzer There's 5 pieces on this stand that I sprayed grey today. When these are dry I can close up the channels in the fuselage where the fuel lines run, and I can rivet on the other pieces which will allow me to start fitting the top window and doors.
